Please contact us at returns@skeletoncrewonline.com, within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned without the authorization of Skeleton Crew Online.

Return policy:

1. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
2. Returned items must be unused or unopened.
3. Only unopened and sealed CDs and vinyl albums may be returned.
4. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
5. Sale and discount items are non-returnable.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options for Domestic and International customers. International shipping does not have any tracking. Time in transit estimates are listed in business days and vary from time to time:

Estimated Domestic shipping time:

1. USPS First Class (2-8 days)
2. USPS Parcel Post (3-10 days)
3. USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days)

Estimated International shipping time: (no tracking)

1. USPS First Class International (7-14 days estimate)
2. USPS Priority Mail International (7-10 days estimate)

Your order will ship out within 2-3 business days after it is received and payment has cleared. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on major holidays. Make an account and proceed to Checkout to see an estimate.

Please check your address before finalizing your order. If a package is lost and we were provided with an incorrect address you are responsible for additional charges to reship or replace the lost goods. USPS First Class International shipping does not come with tracking. Skeleton Crew Online is not responsible for lost or missing packages. All international shipments are marked as "Other" and may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.

Shipments that include CDs and Vinyl records, Skeleton Crew Online is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. Corner bends are very difficult to prevent and we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Warped, damaged and/or defective vinyl/cd will be replaced or refunded.

You can currently pay for your order in 2 ways:

1. Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are all accepted.
